We buy the frozen parmesan encrusted tilapia from Sam’s club. (Edit: This tilapia has food dye in it so we no longer eat this at our house.)
White rice is a staple at our house. The honey roasted carrots are a treat.

Honey Roasted Carrots
8 carrots, peeled or 1lb baby carrots
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Place carrots into a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil. Mix until completely covered with oil.
- Pour on the honey, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix until completely coated.
- Bake until just tender: 40 minutes for baby carrots, 1 hour for whole carrots.
