Trader Joe’s helps me make this dish.
1 bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
Dash of olive oil
- Warm the olive oil in a skillet.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
- Add chicken breasts. Cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell pepper, cook 1 minute.
- Pour Yellow Curry Sauce into skillet. Cook until just boiling.
- Remove from heat and serve over rice.
