Steak Fajitas

Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 limes, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon honey

 

1 – 1 1/2 pound flank or skirt steak,
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
8-10 flour or corn tortillas
1/2 cup salsa

 

1. Combine marinade in a small bowl.
2. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
3. Heat the grill to medium high.
4. Grill the steak and vegetables.
5. Warm the tortillas
