Easily prepared ahead and frozen
2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1c. diced carrots
3c. broccoli
rice
- Place chicken and cornstarch in a freezer bag. Shake well.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Place sauces in a separate freezer bag and add carrots and broccoli.
- Freeze both bags.
- Defrost both bags.
- Heat some oil in a wok. Cook chicken until lightly browned, remove from skillet.
- Add bag with sauce and vegetables to the skillet. Cook until tender.
- Toss chicken with vegetables and sauce.
- Serve over rice.
