Honey Sesame Chicken

Easily prepared ahead and frozen

2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1c. diced carrots
3c. broccoli
rice

  1. Place chicken and cornstarch in a freezer bag.  Shake well.
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds in a bowl.
  3. Place sauces in a separate freezer bag and add carrots and broccoli.
  4. Freeze both bags.
  5. Defrost both bags.
  6. Heat some oil in a wok. Cook chicken until lightly browned, remove from skillet.
  7. Add bag with sauce and vegetables to the skillet.  Cook until tender.
  8. Toss chicken with vegetables and sauce.
  9. Serve over rice.
